Responsible for managing a team of specialist Business Managers who manage a significant loan book in the South Leinster Region which covers Kildare, Carlow, Wicklow & Wexford.Day to day leadership of the management team including, coaching, goal setting, performance appraising, credit advice, customer / transaction support. Liaising with key influencers. High level negotiation with customers and their legal & financial representatives involving financial restructures and debt resolution. In addition, I held the role of Asset Sales Manager for the South Leinster Region.
