Responsible for troubleshooting Boomi interfaces and implementing solutions as needed. Deep knowledge of UKG Dimensions APIs and interfacing with the product using Boomi. Worked within a support queue as an integration specialist using Salesforce to manage tickets and customer interactions. Reported any bugs in the software that need to be addressed by engineering. Used Postman, Splunk, and Boomi Process Reporting for troubleshooting.

Consulted with internal and external stakeholders to integrate Kronos Workforce Dimensions with external HR/Payroll solutions such as ADP, SAP, ORACLE, UltiPro, Workday, and PeopleSoft. Developed integrations with Kronos API’s and the Dell Boomi integration platform. Collaborated with peers to build reusable, standard integration templates as well as maintaining/enhancing existing integration templates.

Many of the same responsibilities as previous role but with a focus on technical upgrades. Upgraded existing customer interfaces to account for API/database schema changes between older/newer versions of Kronos. Developed integrations with WIM (Kronos ETL tool) --> SQL heavy.

Consulted with internal and external stakeholders to configure the Kronos Workforce solution. Facilitated design workshops with customers to identify unique configuration requirements (pay policies, user experience, roles, profiles, etc...). Documented the requirements and developed prototypes to confirm requirements back to the customer. Supported the customer through UAT and go-live with live troubleshooting sessions, finding any flaws in the current configuration and correcting them accordingly.
