Who We Are: Brooklyne's Beacons is a nonprofit organization inspired by the way Brooklyne bravely fought her battle with cancer. She was a beacon of hope at UPMC Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh, bringing light, love, and joy to all she encountered.Our Mission: To be a light to families battling childhood cancer.Vision: To raise awareness of childhood cancer, inspire hope, and provide support for those affected by it.

Leading the sales and marketing effort to develop our skilled visits practice in Northwest, PA. Collaborating with healthcare facilities and professionals in the area to produce better outcomes for members of our community.

I am responsible for the management, operations, and business development in our Meadville branch. Day in and day out I help customers and businesses achieve their financial goals. Creating and developing relationships in the Meadville community is my #1 priority.

- Location opened in August of 2009- Responsible for operating home healthcare services branch office in Northwest PA (Erie, Warren, Crawford, Mercer, Venango Counties)- Obtained Medicare certification in November 2010- Managed and lead team Erie to a successful 2011- Grew weekly sales by 300% in 2011 through business development and marketing activities- Implemented a successful compliance and culture initiative in 2011- Won 2011 Q4 Homecare Quality Metrics Award in NE Region

- Responsible for hiring qualified home healthcare aides and nurses- Coordinated staffing for shift care in patient homes- Provided outstanding customer service 24/7 including on call responsibilities during non-office hours- Supported my Accounts Managers sales efforts through building a developing relationships with social workers, case managers, and other referral sources- Brought in on a 3 month stretch assignment prior to AM promotion- Provided senior oversight to recruiters and admin assistant- Played a short term role in the financial growth and development of the office- Earned promotion in May 2010 to operate a new location in Erie, PA
