Over 20 years experience at Lloyds Banking Group starting in 2002 with the first 19 years spent in Halifax branches, working up from the counter all the way to branch management and now working in Learning design creating quality UX training solutions and programmes for use across the group. Proficient in Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Cloud and Sythesia as well as using and teaching basic coding using HTML, CSS & JavaScript. Passionate about all areas of Wellbeing & DE&I, I am an advocate & ally for the various DE&I networks in LBG as well as being a Wellbeing Advocate helping to signpost and support all colleagues around all aspects of mental & physical wellbeing.
