Following a department reogranization I was promoted to a Senior Development Manager. This saw me deliver some of the more complex projects including large scale, multi site s.106 deals with devleopers, rural housing sites, retirement schemes, exra care hosuing and estate regeneration. Starting out in project management I undertook a 3 year graduate training programme which included assisting lead project managers with development processes and delivering newbuild projects across the south east of England.Specific duties included; budget monitoring of capital expenditure, cashflows and appraisals, stakeholder liaisons and defect management.

This role involved the management of 25 residential developments. Responsibilities included day-to-day enquiries from property owners, solicitors and accountants, procurement of suppliers and remedial works, financial analysis, budget control of payments to contractors, reconciliation of bank statements and general payments in and out of client accounts.
