• Working for the Fleet & Transport department it is my role to ensure our systems operate smoothly and the information contained is accurate and accessible across the GroupKey responsibilities
• Month End Accounts: processing financial data for the Fleet department, c. £3.5m per month. Liaising with Accounts department, answering and actioning resulting queries
• Working closely with the Accounts department to ensure business Company Structure is correct at all times
• Creating, implementing and maintaining databases for use within the department to streamline and where possible automate day-to-day duties
• Oversee various key systems already in place, for example management of Key2 Fleet software
• Creating and automating numerous reports, KPI’s and dashboards for the department and the wider Group

• Managing the Commercial Vehicle defect system
• Arranging RPC and MOT tests appointments for the commercial Fleet
• Overseeing the purchase of new company cars, liaising with staff members regarding car choice, raising ER’s and seeking approval for the new vehicles
• Overseeing the return and subsequent disposal of our fleet vehicles, including the distribution of ‘Sales Lists’, collation of bids, and banking of received funds
• Managing the Short-Term Hire department; arranging rental vehicles for company employees

• Managing a small fleet of 20 drivers and vehicles under a P&O FerryMasters contract, and 12 under a Geest North Sea Line contract; this included route planning, ensuring collection and delivery times were met, and.
• The manual scanning of commercial vehicle tachograph charts, ensuring any infringements or anomalies were discussed with the driver and escalated accordingly if required
