I'm a dad 👨🏼‍👧🏼‍👦🏼I'm business obsessed 👔Yep, I'm also a book nerd 📚I always give more than I get 😍As the owner of The Progress Faculty, I specialise in recruiting, coaching and motivating sales people and teams for existing business owners that lack the time, money or experience to do it for themselves.In a nutshell I help companies grow and do this by taking their product or service directly to the market on their behalf. This free's business owners up to focus on what they're most passionate about and of course allows them to stick to their strengths.I've been involved in facilitating over 250,000 transactions with customers on behalf of businesses in a range of industries.If you're a business owner that has an underperforming sales team, needs a sales team or could use some coaching in the world of sales or leading large teams then let's connect! Sales after all, is the heart beat of all business...Outside of my core business, I have a passion for speaking and coaching and as my business has matured I'm slowly venturing more into this space.Before getting hooked on the entrepreneurial journey I studied to be a school teacher, so I guess teaching and helping others has always been a desire of mine.I'd love to inspire parents to continue to pursue their own aspirations despite the challenges and realities of raising kids.I don't buy into the either/or mentality and I instead have enrolled in the belief that you can have both.More recently I co-founded Hippo Business Services - a business that helps business owners focus on Happiness Influences and Profit Producing Opportunities.We do this by nurturing entrepreneurs through activities that systemise their companies tasks allowing them to benefit from using either automation or outsourced services.We're certainly more than just a broker and focus on helping people make a successful leap too must have services such as access to a virtual assistant.
