I then moved into Sales and Marketing working on heat exchanger applications. Next to the Plate and Tubular heat exchangers product manager, and then into engineering management as I covered our pilot plant, tech services, applications and system engineering departments. This spans working on equipment, testing equipment, working with manufacturing to build equipment, designing, testing, selling and starting sanitary equipment. It's a life long love.It's been a privilege to be able to work my whole career in the sanitary industry in these varying roles. I'm passionate about new technology, and creatively arriving at new solutions for our customers. An admitted nerd in this respect, I really enjoy the technical aspects of our business.I believe in continuous improvement. I like the challenges of project management.
