Reps and Yoga New Zealand registered Teacher (level 3- 500HR). I love to work with busy professionals who are looking to create balance in their lives. I work with clients to create yoga systems for improving/ increasing flexibility, strength and relaxation for overall well-being. Yoga has become a way of life for me. Yoga increases my creativity and focus. I have built resilience through my practice. I view my yoga practice as a body based pension scheme; each practice increases my reserves and helps to create a structure to support my future well being. I teach from a place of openness, sharing sequences that nurture students of any experience/ability. I help clients develop a self practice that inspires health and well being. I was first introduced to yoga at acting school in London. In 2014 I met my artistic collaborator Mark, a classical Indian dancer and a yoga practitioner who became my second teacher. I have been practicing Astanga, Iyengar and Gitananda yoga, as well as Bharatanatyam with Dr. Mark James Hamilton since 2014. I gained my 200HR yoga teacher qualification from the Sivananda Yoga Vedanta centre in Kerala, India. I acknowledge yoga's roots to India, I teach from this perspective.

Youth mentor and creative facilitator on The Atawhai programme at The Kindness Institute. ATAWHAI is a kaupapa Māori and tikanga driven resilience and mental health program based on Te Whare Tapa Whā framework. The community mandated project is rangatahi-led and has been designed to build strong mental health, resilience and leadership skills in marginalised rangatahi (aged 14-18) and their whānau.

Lead Artist for The Adult company.This role included the planning, preparation and execution of an art programme aimed at Adults. I gained my degree at Rose Bruford School of Theatre and Performance, So I was delighted to be offered work teaching on the programme which I graduated from. I was a guest lecturer at Rose Bruford College of theatre and performance for the European Theatre Arts Programme. In 2013 I formed my own company called SoundBoxed Collective. For three years, we performed in venues across London including the Barbican Centre – the City of London’s arts complex. As the project manager, I created production schedules, liaised with venues, curated event programs, produced bespoke corporate entertainments, and managed digital marketing. Soundboxed’s debut show, The Development, ran for twelve weeks at Theatre Delicatessen (London) to critical acclaim: “I’ve given myself to the beat: I’m swaying, chanting and I’m practically rushing my tits off” Time Out; “One of the most evocative, seductive and downright exciting shows” Don’t Panic.

San Augustin Church, Concert and expedition (Spain - Belchite) October 2011.Teatr ZAR is a multinational group formed in Wrocław, Poland, by apprentices of the Grotowski Institute (Wrocław) during its annual research expeditions to Georgia in the years 1999–2003. During these expeditions, the group collected much musical material, the core of which is a group of centuries-old polyphonic songs that have their roots in the beginning of the human era and are probably the oldest forms of polyphony. The work of Teatr ZAR is an attempt to demonstrate that theatre does not only pertain to the Greek ‘thea’ – seeing – but that it is something that above all should be heard. From such hearing, deep images are born that would be impossible to create even by means of the most modern theatre technology; where even the body of a singing actor shines and emanates with the energy of sound, of the song that lies within it. Among other awards, Teatr ZAR has recently won the Total Theatre Awards 2012 at the Fringe Festival in Edinburgh.
