The operations coordinator reports to the Senior Director, Administration and Finance and is responsible for processing of requisitions, purchase orders, reimbursements, and other budget related transactions. The operations coordinator will also prepare, code, and track daily deposits. Will assist with closing the current fiscal year and setting up new fiscal year. The operations coordinator will interface with accounts payable and contracting and procurement. In addition, the operations coordinator will maintain various databases. Special projects as assigned related to AAMC/LCME accreditation and operational projects.
