I have experience in facility management all the way up to multiple campus location facilities management. While much of my experience has been in at the community college level, I own a successful construction company. My responsibilities have included construction and building repair projects and upgrades. All new facility F.F.E. sourcing and purchases. I have created our fleet leasing program and implemented it across the district. Supervision over our Food Service and Custodial sub-contractors and cost control. I implemented our Asset tagging system and currently manage asset disposal, Central Receiving, Mail room, and internal mail functions at NCTC. I worked closely with the Vice Chancellor of Administrative Affairs with the college architects to come up with a master plan for the college. Experience has taught me how to build strong relationships with all departments at an organization. I have the ability to work within a department as well as across multiple departments.
