Leading a global team of technical sales managers, responsible for identification and technical alignment of new business pursuits and targets. This role and team functions to ensure alignment between Bose research, portfolio/category management, marketing, and business team to meet the future needs of the OEM customer and automotive market, influencing bi-directionally to ensure the product and technology offerings are aligned with the needs of the market and customer base while also feeding ‘first to market’ Bose technologies. Serves as the voice of Bose technologies to our customer base and responsible for advanced selling activities including system layout and technology proposals in advance of RFQ, ensuring specifications and requirements are understood, negotiated, and communicated internally and externally.

Leading a global staff located in 9 engineering development centers across the US, Europe, and Asia. Accountable for technical excellence and flawless product development execution of audio infotainment systems for global automotive customers.Responsible for functional consistency, resource management, organizational development and structure across all regions for disciplines including project and program management, mechanical engineering, audio/noise engineering, system integration, and software. Accountable for maintaining strong alliances within our customer’s organizations and supporting all technical and business pursuit initiatives in support of these as well as new customers. Key to this role is maintaining organizational engagement of staff at remote locations and aligning product and process execution strategy globally to meet the needs of the division and our customers.Active player in new business pursuit activities globally yielding 140M in incremental revenue growth in CY16-17.
