Over 20 years experience working in financial services, including asset finance, with the last 15 years spent within Retail Banking. Various roles undertaken from Business Manager, Contact Centre Team Manager before moving into the regulated world of Mortgages. After a successful career as a Mortgage Advisor, I moved into leadership roles as an Area Mortgage Manager and then Senior Mortgage Manager across England & Wales South and North Distributions, leading a team of 10 Area Mortgage Managers and over 70 Mortgage Advisors.An experienced and determined Leader with a track record in delivering results. Broad ranging experience across retail banking, change, risk and project management along with specialist sales and regional support roles.
