I have professional experience in customer service, aviation, technical instruction, supervisory/leadership roles, and auditing technical publications. I am highly motivated and personally believe in a whole hearted approach to everything I do. I have a background of 12 years in the Canadian Air Force dedicated to the servicing, repair, and maintenance of Canada's long range patrol aircraft. During my time in the service I gained experience supervising and training an average of 20 people at a time. After releasing from the military I was hired by CAE to instruct military members on the maintenance of Canada's new search and rescue aircraft. This involves not only teaching but significant time is spent developing, planning, and preparing courseware. I am continually working with multiple large organizations with different roles within the training project.Some of my greatest strengths include communication, structuring/organizing projects, and interacting with people. I also have skills in hands on work and I'm a quick learner.
