United States European Command (USEUCOM) primary Chemical Biological Radiological Nuclear (CBRN) subject matter expert (SME) planed, organized, directed, and coordinated USEUCOM CBRN activities. Reviewed and analyzed missions and policies of NATO, allied nations, United States Department of State (DOS), Combatant Commands and non-governmental organizations and interpreted the implications for USEUCOM Foreign Consequence Management (FCM) planning. Planned and executed USEUCOM 2011 FCM Workshop, Symposium and Table Top Exercise (TTX) with participants from NATO, Allied nations, United States Agency for International Development Office of Foreign Disaster Assistance, other United States Governmental (USG) agencies and non-governmental organizations (NGO). Incorporated broad range NATO, allied nations and partner states, USG and NGOs policies and procedures into USEUCOM FCM contingency plans. Interpreted directives, regulations, and policies of United States Joint Staff as well as policies, procedures, organization structures, and resources of USEUCOM Headquarters to ensure that all possible problems were considered in executing plans. Primary exercise planner for FCM exercises with NATO, allies, partner nations, DOS and NGOs. Cultivated and maintained continuous liaisons with DOS, Joint Staff, Army, Navy, and Air Force Component Command staffs to enhance USEUCOM FCM response mitigation capabilities
