Provided support of an SAP Landscape including: Portals, ECC, CRM, BW and Solution Manager products comprising the Customer Financial Platform used by the AT&T Care Center personnel while interacting with AT&T Customers. Successfully lead a major upgrade of RMCA 4.71 to ECC 6.0 and CRM 5.0 to CRM 2007 in February 2009. Managed the entire SAP upgrade with (5) Basis Administrators.Technical duties included data center design and infrastructure support utilizing (6) SUN E15s, (23) SUN e440 and (38) W2K platforms connected to 150TB of EMC SAN disk.
