Mr. De Valk has over 37 years of systems engineering experience beginning in 1981 with Tomahawk Cruise Missile Submarine Vertical Launch System development and most recently with CVN 78 Aircraft Carrier Warfare System integration. He has an MS in Systems Engineering from the University of Arizona. He is experienced in the collection, integration and coordination of engineering technical data (requirements, functions, performance, etc.) which supports overall warfare system integration efforts. As a member of the CVN 78 Warfare System Systems Engineering Technical Team (WSETT), he has direct, recent experience in coordinating and collaborating with the representatives and contractors of the participating SPAWAR, NAVSEA and NAVAIR Systems Commands. In addition, he has recently functioned as the Deputy Chief Engineer for C4I for PEO-C4I. He has also managed nearly all administrative aspects of Intelesis Technologies’ operations since 2001.
