Established non-profit organization to support a mobile health clinic for underserved children. Raised funds of over $1M. Recruited medical practitioners as volunteers and board members. Worked with legal counsel to establish and maintain independent 501(c)(3) status. Kerry's Kids provides free medical treatments at family shelters, community events and school health fairs. Services provided include check-ups, vaccinations, school physicals, WIC/Head Start screenings, anemia/lead screening, treatment of acute illnesses, dental care, vision screening, referrals, and distribution of health education materials. I’ve established projects using Agile, Waterfall, and Operations methodologies.As Community Lead for the California Government practice I built recruiting pipelines with local universities and the military. Led multiple software development projects with a team size averaging 30-50 staff and annual budget of approximately $5-10 million. Direct responsibilities included proposal development, contract administration, project planning, work plan development, staffing, technical review, and user design. Management responsibilities included oversight for performance tuning, testing, data conversion, training, and implementation. Primary client was US Federal- US Postal Service from 1999-2001 with transition to State of California- C-IV Project in 2001.

Led 8-15-person team supporting development teams of over 80 resources. My teams were the final point of escalation for resolving issues with technical architecture, conversion, application development, deployment, and operational issues. Primary Client was California Franchise Tax Board (FTB) 1994-97, with transition to US Postal Service in 1997.
