In 1990, Dan started Advance Realty Service (ARS) to specialize in the "small market" commercial real estate clients that were being overlooked by the "big guys". Dan developed a niche in "working" the smaller office, industrial and investment deals. Dan's clients appreciate his CPA designation to give them an advantage in the real estate negotiation process.Dan has represented several prestigious companies such as SunTrust Bank, ATT, Clorox, Truist, SouthCrest Bank, Cadbury Schwepps, Brunswick and the City of Tucker. Some of his current listings include Heritage Place Office Park and Hammermill Place.Dan has been in the commercial real estate brokerage business since 1986. Dan is an honors graduate of Indiana University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting. Dan also has six years of accounting experience with Coopers & Lybrand, an international public accounting firm which is now PriceWaterhouseCoopers. His finance expertise as well as his sound real estate knowledge make him a top producing member of the ARS team.Dan devotes some of his leisure time to charitable and civic organizations such as Georgia Special Olympics, USO and Salvation Army.

I started my post college career at Coopers & Lybrand - Atlanta (which is now PricewaterhouseCoopers) in June 1980. I was in their small business development department and worked my way up to Audit Supervisor. I became a CPA in 1982 and continue to maintain my active CPA license in Georgia
