At Erdman, I am managing architecture and engineering work within the healthcare design market in collaboration with others outside our firm. I'm responsible for client relationships and nurturing relationships with integrated team members. My work includes coordinating our healthcare efforts in collaboration with our team members spread across the country.We offer comprehensive services from strategic planning, market strategy, master planning, architecture design, interior design, experiential design, structural and PME engineering. Our work ranges from freestanding ambulatory care facilities, major expansions, new green field hospitals, and many ongoing, phased renovations. We maintain long term clients and work with them on whatever projects are needed – large and small.I believe in a collaborative and positive work environment where the word TEAM has meaning. In addition to having a knowledge base in healthcare, our secondary task is to effectively communicate whether that is through drawings, reports, or resolving construction matters erupting from the field.As we all know, this is can be a rollercoaster ride.
