Prior to Sky, my first year of working within CPM consisted of working on behalf of Mazda UK. I was in the Customer Care team who were the initial port of contact when calling through to the company. This role allowed me to develop my skills in problem solving as well as corresponding with customers to improve their overall experience they had with the brand. This role was also my first taste of developing a rapport with a client and working alongside them to achieve KPI's.Post-Mazda I worked on the PSA campaign, working for Peugeot in the Pre-Sales and Marketing team. My role at this time included converting potential sales into deals and persuading then potential customers who had shown a spark of interest in the brand to go ahead and opt to choose Peugeot. This was my first experience of trying to win over a possible buyer to convince them to choose the product I was promoting.
