I helped put the “world” in WorldatWork. A professional association for Human Resource leaders and practitioners who specialize in Total Rewards, WorldatWork was formerly known as the American Compensation Association. When the organization changed its name it needed to deliver on its new global promise. Through my work and leadership the organization expanded worldwide; domestic and global B2B revenue increased from less than 10% to over 30% of total organization revenue with global revenue increasing by over 400%. Through my global development initiative the organization’s products are now also translated and delivered in Spanish, Russian, Mandarin, and Hebrew. I built a highly successful sales and support team from the ground up that is responsible for lead development, prospecting, relationship development, negotiation of terms, and sales of the full portfolio of WorldatWork products and services including classroom, virtual and online education, certification, membership, sponsorship, digital and print advertising, and trade show exhibits. The team consistently achieves or exceeds quota and has increased total B2B revenue contribution every year. Under my leadership the sales team has been at the forefront of gathering data and customer intelligence that have led to the development of several of the organization’s most profitable products and services.I also lead the development, relationship management, support, and sales for the organization’s North American channel of over 56 affiliated organizations. A polished and practiced speaker, I have presented at conferences, trade shows, and events to groups of ten to two thousand.
