Projects:1.Neolife - A private oncology hospital in Bucharest, Romania. The development included an existing 5 storey building fully converted and structurally upgraded to accommodate a hospital under strict compliance of the health-care system regulation. It also incorporated a radiotherapy basement bunker unit and other technical annexe buildings - Round value 8.5 million euro. 2. Pasta Factory - "MP BANEASA PASTE SA", one of the biggest player on the Romanian food market built a new factory in Chitila, a small city near Bucharest. The investment comprises of few independent units including mill, offices, fabrication, maturation and storage facilities. Alos external access industrial roads and docking - Round value 10.5 million euro.3. Factory unit extension - Bamesa Steel Production – Topoloveni, Arges county, Romania. Round value 5.5 million euroA metal frame warehouse structure of 5750 sqm on the extension alone. The investment included soil improvement works using concrete pilling for ground tamping, large gauge machinery foundations veined with communicating channels to enable operation of various parts of the chained production equipment.

As the proprietor of a civil engineering firm, I undertook the design and build of a number of private family homes, as well as undertaking some private contracts of homes conversion and refurbishment.
