School Of Human Ecology

Led engagement strategies for alumni, Board of Visitors, and other key stakeholders of the School of Human Ecology at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Major initiatives focused on implementing new communication strategies on advancing philanthropy for the annual fund, SoHE's five Centers of Excellence, community initiatives, and student opportunities.

Primary responsibilities included the strategic execution and management of the college's comprehensive annual giving program, including the coordination and support of initiatives in the areas of volunteerism, advancement services, and donor relations. Goals focused on engaging alumni volunteers in coordination and implementation of the $1.8M annual.

Responsibilities as the Director of Advancement included serving as the lead in annual fund development, continually progressing corporation and foundation grant applications, overseeing the department budget, supervising multiple staff members, and managing numerous stewardship events throughout the year. Successfully increased the annual giving program.

Communication Department

Under the direction of the Coms 100 Director, instructed multiple sections of the university's introductory public speaking course as an independent instructor. Responsibilities included daily lesson planning, leading class lecture, creating innovative class activities, grading assignments, creating course evaluations, and evaluating.

Over the duration of eight summers at Canyon Camp, BSA, served in leadership roles for a variety of positions ranging from kitchen assistant to the Program Director of the entire camp. As Program Director, I was tasked with developing and implementing a successful summer program for hundreds of Boy Scouts. I was directly responsible for a staff of 40.

Office Of Financial Planning

Assisted in managing the office of financial aid for students at Carthage College including general inquires, database research, help review loans and grants, and record management duties.

Office Of Admissions And Records

Managed admission and record keeping processes for the HCC community including general inquires, database research, transcript preparation, and record management duties.
