- Developed and implemented a plan to bring all of the Soldiers of the Washington Army National Guard into compliance of the Department of Defense (DoD) requirement of receiving and keeping a minimum of Secret Clearance eligibility.- Trained two subordinate staff in Personnel Security Operations, as well as full-time and part-time staff from units of several echelons across the state.- Continue to advise, assist, and track all actions regarding a Soldier’s security clearance between every level from DoD down to the individual Soldier.- Maintain any and all associated files and records.

- Advise the Brigade Commander and as many as 15-20 Staff Officers in our Brigade’s (over 3000 Soldiers) ability to perform Electronic Attack, Protect, and Support operations with the unit’s organic assets or capabilities requested from higher echelons.- Performs the duties as the Senior NCOIC of Brigade Fires Staff Section, which includes Army Aviation, Air Defense, Lethal and Non-Lethal Indirect Fires, and Air Force Liaison personnel (up to 40 Service Members).

Western Regional Counterdrug Training Center- Responsible for developing curriculum and instructing relevant Military Intelligence and Leadership skills coursework to local, state, and federal Law Enforcement Agencies in several States.- Responsible for managing one of three Mobile Training Teams (MTTs) to develop and deliver schoolhouse curriculum.- Developed and maintained ongoing relationships with various local, state, and federal Law Enforcement Agencies to advance their skills in Combatting Transnational Organized Crime (CTOC).

- Responsible for reviewing school course applications for accuracy and validity, travel authorizations and expense reimbursement vouchers to ensure fiscally responsible and accurate, pay and allowance orders to ensure accuracy and validity, and assist in Personnel Security matters within the various units assigned to our hierarchy.

Ramadi, Iraq (09/2008-7/2009) - Provided ongoing situational awareness for the Senior Intelligence Officer and Brigade Commander on all threats to the base and the surrounding civilian population- Prepared, and conducted when needed, daily and weekly intelligence briefs to the Brigade Commander and Staff.- Developed a route threat assessment manual for the Brigade Commander’s Personal Security Detachment with up to date threat Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs) and updated it as needed, which contributed to their safe movement throughout Iraq over a 9-month period.- Mentored and developed several subordinate Battalion Intelligence Staff personnel.Bagram, Afghanistan (02/2006-01/2007)- Served as one of two intelligence analysts with a small team of criminal investigators in a joint-service environment to identify intelligence value and criminal threat to US Forces and the Government of Afghanistan.- Thoroughly analyzed and briefed an average of 10-15 detainee cases a week to the Enemy Combatant Review Board, whose decisions, based on our work, were recommended to the senior Commander of NATO Forces. - Performed intelligence database searches using Pathfinder and Query tree to confirm or contradict the information already collected and analyzed in the files of the detainees. - Mentored more than 30 other analysts and interrogators in their intelligence collection and analysis. - Worked closely with several US Government agencies in intelligence sharing and analysis.Balad, Iraq (04/2004-04/2005)- Lead, mentored, and developed four soldiers, two of whom were analysts, as day shift NCO for the intelligence section lo produce and disseminate intelligence information for situational awareness and base defense operations. - Collected information from various sources to produce a daily intelligence summary that was used by various units and organizations throughout our base and nearby bases.

Washington Counterdrug Task Force (Counterdrug Program)Camp Murray, WA (04/2004-04/2005)- Provided Headquarters support to various agencies, to include the Washington Youth Meth Action Team that provided drug education and awareness support throughout Washington StateSeattle, WA (04/2007-08/2008) USCG Field Intelligence Support Team- Provided intelligence analysis support to Coast Guard operations for the safety and security of Puget Sound waterways.- Provided situational awareness of domestic and international criminal threats to harbors in Washington, Oregon, and British Columbia.- Used Analyst Notebook (I2) program to assist Customs and Border Protection in analysis of a smuggling operation that extended into the Puget Sound.- Conducted at least one Master of Vessel Survey a week aboard international cargo ships in an effort to collect intelligence information.- Worked closely with several local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies in intelligence sharing efforts.Camp Murray, WA (05/2011-09/2011)- Provided instructional support to DEA elements prior to their deployment to Afghanistan as well as Analyst support to local Drug Task Forces.
