Dan DiMaria is a proud Fairway Club Award Winner, and has been serving people’s mortgage needs for nearly a decade. He also has a background in construction management & futures trading. He applies his experience in both to the mortgage world. Dan is a “people person” and strives to always help others. He currently serves his community as the Mayor of Morton Grove, IL. He loves the mortgage business because it allows him to help people reach their real estate goals and/or save money through refinancing. Dan is a 2021 Top 1% Loan Originator, but more importantly, serves his clients as a mortgage advisor. He believes that a mortgage is part of an overall financial plan. Dan teamed up with Fairway Independent Mortgage Co. because they share his belief in serving others. He gives back to his Fairway community as a Branch Manager and Ignite Leader Coach.
