Led and managed an Air Liquide large facility, an Ammonia refrigeration 200 ton a day CO2 recovery plant and a 200 ton a day Dry Ice Registered Food Grade manufacturing facility safely and reliably complying with regulatory requirements, developing and leading personnel, managing costs effectively, and developing personal skills and competencies including P&L responsibilities. Managed 12 direct reports on a 24/7 work week schedule. Maintained the facility to rigid corporate standards, all necessary licenses, permits in compliance with federal, state and local governmental regulations (FDA, OSHA, EPA, DOT, cGMP, HACCP) and Air Liquide policies (QMS, MOCs, PSSRs, & QIRs). Responsible for maintaining facility railroad tracks to Federal & State code requirements. Executed predictive and preventive maintenance to eliminating catastrophic failures and unplanned maintenance,Developed annual maintenance plans and turnaround planning as needed, utilizing IBM’s Maximo CMMS.
