•Ensure with the plants Packaging manager of each plant the financial results in the field of PackagingDefine and develop Good Operating Practices for packagingBenchmark the KPI’s between the plants, implement the roll-out •Act as a top manager in the field of competencies and advise top management about trends, opportunities and propose new policies for validation.•Support the “idea generation stream” for VE opportunities in packaging and ensure the full achievement of innovation projects in packaging at Group level•Manage at request packaging projects till commissioning
