I load the straight truck at the Kittredge warehouse with the ordered restaurant equipment along with hand tools, 2 and 4 wheel dollies and all necessary tools and equipment. I deliver equipment to restaurants in Vermont, New York, New Hampshire, Maine and Massachusetts. Once arrived to the restaurants or job sites me and a coworker would install the equipment using the proper hand tools. Examples of equipment I would install are Range Ovens, Convection Ovens, Griddles, Fryers, Ice Machines, Refrigerators, Freezers, Walk-in Freezers, Food Prep Equipment, Bar Equipment, Pluming Equipment, Warming and Holding Equipment, Beverage Equipment, Mixers, Baking Equipment and more.

I drove a delivery van in the San Francisco Bay area with cases of frozen Steak, Chicken, Seafood and Pork on a delivery route and sold to homes. I also trained employees and taught them proper sales techniques.

I was in charge of managing a herd of 300 Holstein Dairy Cows in Sheldon, Vermont. This would include Artificial Insemination (Breeding), Vaccinations, help with calf birthing, milking cows, managing the somatic cell count in milk. I was also part of the summer cropping crew (haying and chopping corn), and spreading manure. Logging in the Fall/Winter (cutting and splitting wood for furnace).
