After 20 years away (3yrs Australia, 1yr Scotland, 16yrs New Zealand), I have returned to Germany with my NZ born (Kiwi) Family. Having successfully sold 2 of our NZ based companies, we were able to enjoy Leipzig for the last 2 years on a bit of a slower pace than we are used to. Renovating, completing my pilot license, deep diving the world of web3 and blockchain, some consulting work, exploring Europe, spending time with friends and family, biohacking and fitness.

My wife and I founded 'The Armoury' Access Hire in 2018 whilst still owning and operating Staffy Scaffold. We started Staffy in 2012. Staffy is a wholesale company selling mobile scaffold and ladders to building merchants nationwide. The hire company was initially set up under the name Staffy Access Hire and we rebranded after we sold the Staffy Scaffold wholesale business in March 2021. The Armoury hires out scissor & boom lifts, scaffolding, telehandlers, diggers, temporary fencing etc. We also set up and run a training center that focuses on EWP training and expanding into forklift, Harness and more. Furthermore, The Armoury also has a sales division that retails scaffolding, ladders, harnesses and even scissor lifts. We successfully sold the Armoury in 2022 and it has continued to grow under the new ownership and management of Matt and Tash
