I am a registered architect with a diploma from BAS, Norway. I have experience in large-scale public realm projects from preliminary design through to construction. The main focuses of my practice have included architectural/interior design, sustainable building design, master planning and detail-oriented solutions. My experience ranges across residential, commercial, institutional, and mixed-use developments including multi-residential buildings and retail environments.Recent experiences examples: - Use of modules/prefabricated materials from the building cycle-Use of sustainable materials (lime, corn cobs, straw, hempcrete, wood, reusable steel and stone components)- Green energy systems integrated into design thinking (solar, geothermal)- Thinking about new materials (super wood, prefabricated mycelium sandwich panels, bio-terrazzo, etc.)- Circularity in the use of materialsI also have a lot of practical building experience and management experience with my urban lab on material reuse (founded to focus on unconventional thinking in terms of sustainability and urban design).
