The intention of my work is generational impact--to build a world supportive to my children and future generations.I coach and consult for high performing teams and leaders, where I bring both accessible and profound tools of transformation. My experience shows that leaning into the deep unknown is often the fastest path to solving our biggest personal and professional problems, and I make it safe for leaders and teams to go beyond what's comfortable. In the corporate / leadership space, I specialize in founder realignment engagements, executive team retreats, and executive coaching for dads that to play all out at work and at home. I am also currently building Fatherhood Unlocked, a platform with resources, tools, and programs to unlock dads for the benefit of their children and the world. The winding path I've walked includes years as a wilderness therapy guide for struggling young men, 2 years as a teaching fellow in the Bronx, 4 years as the director and producer of hit tv show MeatEater, and the creative founder of EVRYMAN.
