This was to ensure maximum referrals onto the companies Programme Centre contract. Achievements - The Dudley branch of Biscom was in danger of having to close but due to the amount of referrals I brought in and the team I set up to ensure the constant level of business, this did not happen. I have a letter from the MD confirming this.
