The new system increased capacity 500%, eliminating the need for additional resources for over 5 years at current growth rate.• Designed and implemented an asymmetrical encryption scheme for the secure transmission of the data, using SRP and the Diffie-Hellmann key exchange algorithm, increasing the sales to security conscious customers and protecting against cyber-threats and data breaches.

Responsible for maintaining and enhancing the entitlement system for Realtick LLC, maintaining and enhancing the communication protocols and middleware.• Notably, the re-design of TALIPC (Realtick's custom middleware) has resulted in a 250% the increased in the performance of the protocol. A direct result of the capacity increase was a reduction in server footprint even in the face of rising data rates year over year.• Created and designed a web service exposing a management interface for the user management system for use by mobile application as well as lightweight desktop clients. This allowed new, web-based application to plug into the existing user management infrastructure saving up to a year of development time as well as enabling a reduction in on-site support.
