An experienced AV and Systems Engineer with over 14 years’ experience delivering a high level of service and responsiveness to my clients. I have a passion for the technical aspects of my job and seek to deliver solutions to customers to budget and on programme.Currently, as a Maintenance Manager, I manage the Service agreements between Whitwam AVI and their clients. I am the main point of contact for any support and service requests. I created and implemented new SLA structures at Whitwam AVI to facilitate accountability in the service contracts utilising ConnectWise manage, giving client’s options on payment plan, response time and monitoring to create an agreement specifically tailored to their needs.I have skills in trouble shooting of complex systems, fault diagnosis and isolation and finding solutions to correct the fault within acceptable and agreed timescales. A skill transferable to both related and non-related industries.I work within a team and am responsible for installing and configuring the Cisco Networking infrastructures that are the backbone of our modern AV systems, along with Wi-Fi and gateway solutions, as necessary. I deliver a complete package from initial site walkovers, Acoustic surveying and using AutoCAD, Stardraw and MS Office to produce and update project documentation, including wiring schematics, schedules, equipment layouts and OEM manuals on project delivery.I always put customers’ requirements at the centre of delivery; recently implementing a remote monitoring service utilising Domotz to notify my team and I of system faults as they happen. Additionally, I offer designs sensitive to building aesthetics with several systems designed to bespoke requirements for listed buildings. I meet regularly with clients to interpret their requests and turning them into deliverable solutions. I have specified and designed installed Lighting solutions, Projectors, sound systems, video walls and multi-Camera streaming systems to meet a client’s budget and requirements.I have a PASMA and IPAF PAL licence. I have performed custom manufacturing including wood and metal work and custom cabling solutions.Prior to the most recent role, I spent 13 years working as a Live Sound Engineer at the highest levels of the music industry. I worked all over the World with artists such as One Direction, The Beach Boys, Phoenix and Nicki Minaj.I worked mainly as a sound system engineer, designing, specifying, and installing large scale sound systems within extremely tight, rigid timescales while managing and utilising large teams of people.
