At Tocndix, my mission, as a lead developer, is both to work on project developments, and to develop the technical structure and organization of our young company. This means, - Define the projects need with the client during call conferences, estimate them in order to allow the company to propose the best offer to our clients,- Conceptualize application's data model, inline with the requirements and the most optimized possible,- Develop the complex functionalities of our projects (functionalities that requires experimentation with our technology like Rest API integrations, algorithms that requires deep analysis etc.)- Being part of the recruitement process by doing technical interviews with new potential developers,- Create training programs for them to be ready to work on real projects with our very specific main technology (Mendix), - Plan meetings with all the different collaborators of the company (Developers, Project Manager, UX Designer, QA, etc.) in order to bring more efficiency in our work by structuring our way to code and to communicate, to share knowledge by regrouping our developments into reusable modules, to help each other to work in a more professional and efficient way. I am highly involved in the process of increasing the quality level of what we provide.Achievements : - I worked on multiple projects with Agile method as a tech leader of a several teams (each team having Scrum Master, developers, QA tester, UX Designer) for Euler Hermes (Allianz Group), an important insurance company.- Between November 2018 and January 2019, I also developed in a few months a hybrid mobile app and several PHP web apps as a complete solution for ticketing events, with Typescript (font-end) and PHP (back-end) technologies. - Technologies used : PHP, Javascript, Ionic, HTML, CSS, SQL, Mendix (low-coding).

Development and Maintenance of Applications for CNAM and CNAF, french Social System / Health Insurance.Technologies used : Progress OpenGL, SQL Language, Java.My mission was to be part of the support team that helped customers in their day-to-day use of the different applications of the CNAF. Once we detected that their problems were due to bugs, we also were part of the development team in order to help them to develop the corrections/evolutions that the application needed in order to work in the best possible way for the customer's need.

2 months internship as a web/mobile developer in Amsterdam.Technologies used : Node.js, HTML, CSS, Javascript.Creation of a support interface with node.js technology (back-end side web technology) in order to help people who don’t manage to send their video to the employer via the app, to do it by this alternative way.
