AcquisitionsSource, underwrite, and close acquisitions of multifamily properties in the southeast that meet specific investment criteria. Tour properties to identify strengths/weaknesses and physical condition, perform market studies of comparable properties, examine prior operating statements to find efficiencies, and develop proforma including capital expenditure budgets.OperationsLead property management teams and oversee all aspects of operations including the audit of payables/receivables, leasing and setting rent goals, the renewal process, and personnel matters. Represent property ownership with contractors, engineers, lenders, capital providers, inspectors, insurance, and government agencies to carry out property goals. Implement capital expenditure and renovation programs for new acquisitions including the development of plans, adherence to budgets, and successful completion.

Accountable for due diligence, establishing project goals, and developing key initiatives to support those goals while providing detailed plans, timelines, and budgets for review and approval by ownership. Additionally responsible for leading project teams in the successful implementation of design, construction (horizontal & vertical), leasing or sales, property management and marketing plans intended to achieve stated project goals.
