Responsible for the vision and direction of the North American Learning and Organization Development function. Oversee programs and processes related to Organization Development, Change Management, Leadership Development, Succession Planning, Learning, Performance, Employee Engagement, On Boarding, Career Development and Culture. Manage long-term department strategy with oversight of the team.
