A proud veteran of the Canadian Armed Forces serving over 38 years, began my career as an Aircraft Avionics Technician and progressing through roles such as Aerospace Supervisor, Recruit Instructor and Quality Assurance Specialist. I retired in 2020 as an Air Maintenance Superintendent, overseeing multiple second-line aircraft maintenance shops in support of first-line flight operations. Leading by example has always been my approach, and I have successfully guided teams through complex projects and critical missions.A lifelong learner with a passion for growth, I constantly seek new challenges to enhance both my personal and professional skills. My areas of interest include Quality Management, Risk Management, and Supply Chain Management. I'm particularly excited about the future of AI and its potential to revolutionize industry operations and transform society in the years ahead.Currently, I serve as Warehouse Manager and Supply Chain Coordinator at PTAG Inc., where I was instrumental in setting up a long-unused warehouse within a month and launching operations. I bring a strong work ethic, a commitment to results, and a mindset focused on continuous improvement in everything I do, with ongoing professional development in Quality and Supply Chain Management.Outside of work, I prioritize fostering strong relationships and leading a balanced, healthy lifestyle. I enjoy outdoor activities, staying active, and spending time with family, friends.
