Originating Director of Improv for Work and Wellness and co-founder at Tightrope Improv Theatre in Vancouver. Using his background as a high school teacher and corporate trainer, Dan loves to apply the concepts of improv to all facets of life. As a facilitator with Improv for Business, he has led successfuland impactful training for teams from VanCity, Telus, PCL, ReThink, Microsoft, YVR, BCChildren’s Hospital, Amazon, and many more organizations in BC and across North America aswell as running courses for both Parkinsons Society BC and the UBC Center for Brain Health. Dan brings the joy he finds incollaborative performance to every training he facilitates.

Consultant and former Head of Talent Development with The Humphrey Group, a Leadership Communications training firm. Working worldwide, Dan facilitated courses and developed executives in private coaching. Dan is passionate about training leaders to be inspirational when they communicate. Dan studied theatre and education at Queen's University, and hold a BAH and B.Ed in Drama and English. Dan compliments his corporate leadership work by performing, producing, and teaching improv comedy in Vancouver.
