Primary responsibility is to manage the day to day relationship to assure client satisfaction and reference ability for Comverse products and services. Duties include:• Identifying opportunities for future software licenses, consulting services engagements, and training services, • Maintain and expand client contacts and business information • Respond to ad hoc questions/concerns, manage issues that are outside of the scope of other internal department, and facilitate communication between the client and Comverse’s internal departments and personnel,• Manage contractual concerns and work with legal to resolve issues, and• Track and collect on accounts receivable.

Support of mutual fund investors who conducted business electronically. Championed investors needs in all Electronic Commerce initiatives, trained services teams to support new or enhanced services, and maintained communication with business partners who may be impacted by Electronic Commerce initiatives.Additionally:• Provided tier 1 support to service teams, resolving 85% of escalated issues destined for IT and development teams,• Developed relationships between internal departments, previously not solidified, resulting in clients needs being articulated to support staff and business and technical constraints being communicated to service teams, • Fulfilled business analyst role in Electronic Commerce initiatives by utilizing business/operational knowledge and a detailed understanding of client’s needs.

Provided support to investors conducting business with American Century, either electronically or via the phone. Activities included:• Listening to shareholders needs, understanding full financial situation, and providing education and guidance on investing, while promoting American Century products,• Provided feedback to business partners on shareholders needs.

Responsibilities included the management of company’s real estate, including residential and commercial. Additionally, I assisted in property development. Activities included:• Negotiating and working with legal to draft and review leases. Additionally, working with tenants on lease disputes and coordinating and/or performing maintenance issues.• Completed final phase of residential project; including, exit strategy, sales and post closing customer service.• Assisted in the assemblage, clearing and issue management of a 52 acre residential development, which entailed working with city/county officials, contractors and a national home builder to resolve issues.
