Mechanical engineering lead on upstream, midstream, and pipeline gathering system projects. I am the main point of contact for equipment specification, development, procurement and construction support for a wide variety of equipment packages throughout the life of these projects. Experience with managing rotating, static, and heat transfer equipment for oil and gas process facilities while providing support for piping engineering, design, instrumentation and controls, and project controls.

Working directly with project managers to provide Mechanical design support. Currently I am a part of a three person Mechanical group. This small group has provided great opportunity for exposure to a wide range of equipment and multidisciplinary involvement. - Equipment Back Checks: Vessel Calculations, Instrumentation Packages, Dimensional Layout, Pump Selection, Code Requirements - Equipment Packages: Select/Purchase Equipment, Direct Interaction with Vendors. Fully specify scope and design details across all disciplines (Mechanical, Structural, Instrumentation, and Process) and manage each package through the design, fabrication, and installation phases. - Drafting Support: Vessel Drawings, Level Bridle Drawings, Tank Drawings, Control Panel Layout Drawings, Isometric Drawings, Piping and Instrument Drawings (P&ID), Process Flow Diagrams (PFD).- Instrumentation and Controls (I&C) Packages: Specify appropriate instrument manufacturer and part number for project specific design conditions and manage I&C packages through design, fabrication, and delivery to site.- Structural Packages: Select precast concrete foundations and implement any customization needed for project needs. Specify and purchase structural steel supports, stiles, and platforms. - Excel Data Sheets: Equipment Datasheets, Instrument Datasheets, Estimating, Calculations, Equipment Lists, Line Lists - Document Control: Package Facility Drawings, Plotting
