Prior to the acquisition assisted on corporate due diligence and development of strategic post close integration and operational plansHome Properties was internally managed through 1,200 corporate, regional and on site management employees.Led the team to record occupancies and property net operating income. Significantly reduced corporate and regional overhead at acquisition and throughout hold period.Business plan required sale of individual properties and portfolios during the hold period. Executed four-year business plan with the Investors realizing outstanding IRR and Multiple returns.
