The lessons I have learned over many years of business ownership have had a profound effect on my life. Whether it be a startup or turnaround situation the following are what I value about business:Embrace the process, relationships are vital, trust and accountability, recruit experts in key areas, numbers matter and understanding them is a must, cash is king, diverse views from the team are always welcome and encouraged, it’s not about me. Every day is a blessing so be present and make the most of each day. Adventure and pushing boundaries in my personal life (within reason) has created a limitless ceiling for goals and achievements. Business is one of the most creative exercises we can participate in and provides an atmosphere in which all people can succeed. Creative to Analytical and every aspect in between is attractive to me and helping others begin or further their path is very fulfilling. In the end business is an opportunity to SERVE....your customers, your team, your community, and your spirit.
