Venture Construction Group is a medium sized general contractor that has been doing commercial construction in the Milwaukee and surrounding areas since 1977. We specialize in design/build construction and our expertise ranges from initial site development through final interior finish work. Our goal has always been to provide the highest level of service with the goal of establishing long term relationships with our clients.

Venture Construction Group acquired residential home builder and remodeler, Ware Design Build in 2018. Ware Design Build is known for offering custom home design, both for new construction and remodeling. We take a collaborative approach to design, starting with the homeowner’s vision to create homes that are truly unique. By adding Ware’s capabilities to Venture's, we’re adding another dimension of design expertise to our commercial projects. But more importantly, we’ll be filling a need in the residential market: a true custom home builder. One who offers a high level of design, matched with our ability and subcontractor relationships to build a custom home with a process similar to a commercial construction project. That’s the vision we have with the addition of Ware Design Build. A full-service design and build company, in both commercial and residential construction, always with the same level of service our clients have come to expect.

Developed and owned Motion Fitness & Racquet Club in New Berlin. Opened in 2002, Motion Fitness was a 146,000 square foot multi-purpose fitness facility that included over 100 pieces of cardio equipment and over 90 pieces of combined circuit and free weight strength training equipment. Motion offered a variety of group exercise classes in its (3) large group exercise studios and dedicated spin studio that included (42) spin bikes. The Aquatics Center at Motion featured a large activity pool with water slides, a resistance pool, a 4-lane lap pool and a whirlpool. Motion also offered (2) NBA size basketball courts, (6) indoor tennis courts, (6) outdoor tennis courts, (3) racquetball courts, a golf area and a sand volleyball court. The Motion kids area included Child Care with a kids gym, kids activity area and a playroom for babies and toddlers. Motion also included tanning, massage therapy, a Subway restaurant and a Sports Bar (Local Motion). Motion Fitness & Racquet Club was dedicated to educating and encouraging the community we served to enjoy a healthy, positive lifestyle with an emphasis on exercise, active sports and fun. By combining excellence in service and programming with a friendly and supportive staff Motion Fitness was recognized as one of the finest fitness clubs in the Milwaukee area. In 2004 Motion was awarded the “Best of the Burbs” Fitness Club by CNI Newspapers, and in 2005 received the national award in Aquatics Magazine for the best facility and offerings.
