I created and executed strategic plans for onsite booth sales/contracts at the TRA Marketplace Tradeshow. I established and developed strategies to identify, attract, and close sales on the show floor. I built strategic relationships with vital stakeholders and managed client retention using the A2Z Floor Plan Management System (an iMIS database.) I also strategized and collaborated with internal teams to build pipelines and exceed sales quotas. I directed booth and sponsorship sales/marketing strategies for the Atlanta Foodservice Expo’s (AFSE) launch, which generated $500K in sales. I established relationships with partner associations, organized all event logistics, and initiated sales plans that created over 5K prospects along with a new business pipeline. I managed the internal CRM and developed floor plans using the A2Z Floorplan Management System. I also implemented exhibit floor guidelines and space contracts.
