I have also provided a training session for the whole business to refresh their knowledge. I used my previous training skills to provide a precise and timely learning session which was greatly received.I have been involved in the introduction and development of new technology, such as bar codes and the intended readers. I was also involved in the education of current employees so that they could understand and use the technology.During the lockdowns imposed due to COVID-19, my role became home-based for 12 months. This change of scenery / location did not hinder my work, and I still provided an excellent service to both my manager and the business. Show less

I have experience in the following areas:- Workshop Management- Process Reviews- Business Analysis- Strategy Analysis- Documentation writing (Business Requirements, Business Case, Project Initiation, Budget, Risk Logs)Recently the company has decided to go down the route of Agile methodology. I am currently learning new skills around Agile to further develop my own abilities.The most high-profile project I have been involved with has been the automation of manual processes, which encompasses much of the revenue the company brings in. My previous subject knowledge on the processes/procedures of working entities was a valuable asset, along with my existing relations with those in the Production department.In May 2017, my job title changed to Business Systems Analyst, however I was also given extra responsibilities in terms of Project Management. I have been involved with numerous projects where I have taken the lead and worked as both a Project Manager and a Business Analyst. Due to this, I was chosen to take part in numerous projects that would help bring in new clients, or encourage existing clients to provide more work. I was also chosen to join Quality Assurance and mark the work of others. However, due to lack of space, I was instead assigned to being a switcher, where I changed from Validation Analyst to Quality Assurance whenever it was needed.In 2014, I decided to begin learning to read Korean. This was due to the current specialist leaving, and Avox receiving an influx in Korean entities. Because of this I became a specialist of Korean entities, and was regularly chosen to help translate entities and provide assistance to those working these entities.Again, in 2014, I helped in the testing of new features and fixes of faults present on the system the company used. My knowledge and skills of the system were a beneficial asset, leading to future opportunities for testing. This eventually led to me becoming a Subject Matter Expert in November 2014.
