I am Multi team Leader in the Regulatory Fire Safety Section of The London Fire Brigade, based in East Ham. I lead and support the team in carrying out Fire Safety Audits throughout LB Newham, Redbridge, Havering, Waltham Forest, Barking and Dagenham. I am also responsible to attend Emergency Incidents throughout London. Previously working as the Station Commander at both Tottenham and Hornsey Fire Station's. The Station Commanders role I performed was team support to the operational work of the authority and audits operational activities and training delivering to drive organisational improvement I am qualified in Incident Command, Senior Fire Safety Officer, Urban Search and Rescue, Mass Decontamination and Press Liaison. I have over 25 years experience with the London Fire Brigade providing emergency response across London, this includes being a Key stakeholder for within the LB Haringey leading and supporting Major Incidents and Epidemic Planning and Preparedness. Previously managing a large team of fire fighters at a multi appliance station. Experience in management of various teams within the organisation . Ranging from project management ,service delivery, operations and personnel line management. Qualified In Bond Solon, Advanced Professional Certificate in Investigative Practice (BTEC Level 7), FPA Certificate in Fire Safety. Incident Commander for London Brigade. Attending incidents Pan London to lead and support personnel resolve operational incidents, monitor incidents and provide advice to incident commanders as a subject matter advisor.
