Oversee the construction of the Raleigh Beer Garden. Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, suppliers, and any associated project personnel as needed to ensure the proper completion of the project. Schedule and procure tools and equipment necessary for the project. Assist with the construction schedule management. Foster and maintain positive working relationships with the owner and architect throughout the project. Coordinate maintenance and repair on the assigned construction equipment. Review management reports daily to increase productivity and keep all staff informed of accomplishments and daily priorities. Develop new methods, techniques, and ideas to increase effectiveness of the team and minimize downtime. Assess and resolve all personnel issues, and attend regular management meetings to address areas of concern. Establish and follow the punch list with the owner and architect.

Traveled from one job site to another across the nation and setup numerous projects. Oversaw projects from setup to completion, managed budgets, and directed the work of subcontractors and personnel. Ordered and properly stored all necessary equipment and materials at all job sites. Reviewed the construction schedules, plans, and specifications, and provided advice to the project team on all issues and deficiencies. Closely monitored and enforced compliance with plans, specifications, and contract requirements.

Oversaw all projects for the company in the SC region. Communicated with subcontractors, reviewed project scope, and bid on projects. Led and directed all personnel. Provided assistance with billing tasks, and tracked all T&M jobs. Ordered all materials and equipment for projects. Met with appropriate inspectors to understand the processes related to that specific jurisdiction and obtain relevant project permits.
