As the leader of the Business Intelligence (BI) and Software Solutions team, I spearhead the creation and support of innovative solutions for both internal and external purposes. In this hands-on role, I collaborate closely with the Manager of Information Technology and other business leaders to provide effective strategic leadership and planning.My responsibilities include leading a dynamic team dedicated to developing, maintaining, and supporting custom software applications and BI solutions. I ensure that our work aligns with the company's standards, policies, and procedures, and I bring a comprehensive understanding of BI and software development technologies to the table.Not only do I provide architecture leadership, but I'm also actively involved in the implementation of various IT projects. It's a role that demands a broad skill set and a commitment to driving process efficiencies and insightful decision-making throughout the organization.
